The best known are Joint Ventures - labs for big ambitions, trials & errors and entrepreneurial dreams.
I included an example of the joint venture Volkswagen + Rivian, which, in my opinion is a "Hoffnungsträger" (Bearer of Hope) for the traditional German car manufacturer.
